No Refund Policy for Completed Transactions

• If there is a mistake on our side — meaning if the service or product delivered is not as described due to an error caused by Learn4Test (e.g., technical failure, incorrect product delivery, or system malfunction that prevents access).

In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue, and we will investigate. If the error is verified to be on our side, a full refund will be processed.

Preview Requirement Before Purchase

Every service and digital product we offer includes a free preview or demo. We strongly advise all users to:
